Membership Incorporated Programs
- Class Selection: Members can select two additional classes suitable for their child’s age, as per the scheduled time-table fostering their interests and talents.
- Daycare Access: Full-day daycare services are available from 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM, Monday-Friday, providing a safe and development-focused environment.
- Soft Play: Enjoy an hour of delightful soft play, Monday to Friday from 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM, promoting physical activity and enjoyment.
- Birthday Bonanza: Members receive a Rs. 5000/- discount on their child’s first birthday event, available exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays. Prior reservations are essential to secure the preferred date.
Membership Validity
This membership is valid for one year from the date of activation and offers a range of exciting opportunities for members. They may select from the four different service packages for daycare, activity mansion usage, and soft play. The selected services will be pre-informed and booked on the dates chosen by the members.
Terms and Conditions
The membership falls under the given Terms and Conditions:
- Birthday Celebration Restrictions: The facility for hosting birthdays is available exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays, and it is imperative to make prior reservations to secure your preferred date.
- Annual Usage Limit: These membership benefits can be availed once a year, ensuring that each member enjoys the opportunity to celebrate a special occasion.
- Single Child Membership: The membership is valid for a single child, ensuring a personalized and tailored experience for the enrolled child.
- Membership Duration: The membership number is valid for one year, granting access to the benefits and services for an entire year from the date of activation.
- Exclusive Membership ID: Every member of PlayNLearn will be provided with an exclusive membership ID, ensuring a unique and identifiable association with our community. You must be a parent, guardian, or legal representative of a child or children eligible for Services or benefits provided by the organization.
- Terms and Conditions Modification: PlayNLearn Outloud reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the membership program, and any such modifications will be communicated to the members.
- Communication: We will primarily communicate with you through the contact information you provide during the registration process, ensuring effective and timely interaction.
- Media Usage: PlayNLearn Outloud may intend to utilize class pictures and videos for marketing and promotional purposes. Parents are kindly asked to notify us in advance if they have any objections to this, thereby respecting your privacy and preferences in this regard.
- Privacy : Parents or legal guardians agree to maintain the confidentiality of their child’s login credentials and not share them with others. It is a not transferable membership.
- Availability: The mentioned benefits are subject to pre booking to avoid unavailability of your choice day/date .
