He has trained under global icons like Anthony Lee and Lyle Beniga, and performed at events like Summer Jam Republic (Singapore) and Urban Dance Camp. Alok has worked with artists like Divine and Mukti Mohan, appeared in Dance Plus Season 4, and currently teaches at AllStars Studio and GM Dance Centre.

He is a certified yoga instructor based in Noida, with expertise in Hatha, Pranayama, Ashtanga, and Iyengar Yoga. He has taught at institutions like Nirvan Martial Art Gurukul, Vyas Yoga Center, and Prana Welfare Pvt. Ltd. (China). Currently with Namah Yogshala, Ajay holds a Master’s and PG Diploma in Yoga from Himalayan Garhwal University and a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification. He is a 2nd DAN black belt from Kukkiwon University, South Korea, with over 15 years of Taekwondo experience. Starting with Shotokan Karate in 2004, he transitioned to Taekwondo in 2009, winning multiple state and national medals in Kyorugi and Poomsae. A coach since 2017, he has trained several state and national-level athletes. He recently attended the Olympic Coach Training Program with international experts and serves as Vice President of the Ghaziabad District Taekwondo Association.
